e-Panjiyan Online Software

 

  • All Sub Registrar offices have been computerized with e-Panjiyan online Software.
  • Citizen can be submitted online and facility of uploading required documents from anywhere & anytime for Property Registration. User Guide and Video Tutorial has been provided on e-Panjiyan portal.

 

  • Online calculation of stamp duty and registration fee available for citizens.
  • Online payment of Stamp Duty & Registration fees can be made by use of e-GRAS portal from anywhere & anytime.

 

  • Online e-Inspection/ search facility available for the registered document and facility to download the registered document is available on e-Panjiyan online Software, free of cost.
  • e-Panjiyan software integrated with Aadhaar database for verification of individual identity of seller and buyer.

 

  • Advance online time slot booking facility available to public for registration of documents in all full time Sub-registrar offices.
  • The procedure for registration of documents and checklist has been provided on departmental website/portal.

 

  • Model deed templates of all type deeds have been provided on departmental website/portal.
  • e-Panjiyan online software is integrated with LRC database for flagging note in Jamabandi.

 

  • e-Panjiyan online software is integrated with LSG/UDH department database for property verification.
  • Online agricultural loan bank mortgage registration facility for banks.

 

  • Progress of registration process through online and mobile SMS to Citizen.
  • Computerizations help desk facility in Sub-registrar offices of Jaipur city.

 

  • Online DIG module has been implemented for monitoring of the cases of the stamp duty cases pending in various collector (stamp) courts and their recovery as well as appeals pending at Rajasthan Tax Board and High Court and Supreme Court. With the help of this DIG module, day to day cause list of cases for hearing is being prepared and references from Sub Registrar's offices are being sent online to the Collector (Stamp) court.
