Model deed templates for sale, gift, lease, mortgage and rent are available on departmental website. Users can prepare the deed in that formats and add/delete any fields without the help of any advocate or document writer.

Design  and  implement  a  system  that  allows  online  application  and payment for submission and verification of document and mandate that all applications are submitted online and mandate that all applications are submitted online.

IGRS

  1.  Online application : For registration of document, application can be submitted and required scanned documents can be uploaded on e-Panjiyan online software from anywhere anytime. The department provides facility for online time slot / appointment booking
  2. Online Payment : Online payment of stamp duty, registration fee and other fees can be made by use of e-GRAS portal from anywhere anytime. A direct hyperlink has been provided to users from e-Panjiyan to e-Gras portal.
  3. Document Registration is a 4 step process which takes 25 minutes.
*The presence of buyer, seller and witness is required as per Section 32 & 32A of Registration Act for Photo and thumb impression at the time of document registration.

Mutation process of rural agricultural land is integrated with the registration process through e-Panjiyan software of IGRS to the extent that data of agricultural land, which is subject matter of registration, is obtained from e-Dharti Project database and after completion of registration process, information of registration is stored in e-Dharti Project database for completion of mutation process.

Likewise, the e-Panjiyan software is ready to be integrated with registration of municipal property and their records of right available with municipal bodies. As soon as the online municipal data will be available, cross-reference would be established
